Board Meetings

The Board of Directors meets monthly to review HKMCA’s progress in pursuing its strategic directions, to discuss, revise and approve those directions as necessary, and to provide member guidance on HKMCA activities.  Meeting minutes typically include updates from the President, Treasurer, Property Manager, Marina Manager, and various committee chairs.  

The annual meeting of the Hawaii Kai Marina Community Association is held annually in March.
