A. Penalties may be imposed for violations of these Marina Rules and Regulations or any applicable Declaration of Protective Provisions at the discretion of the Marina Manager.

B. The rights and/or privileges of any person to use the marina may be suspended for violations of the Marina Rules and Regulations or covenants contained herein or in any applicable Declaration of Protective Provisions. All or any activities regulated by these Rules and Regulations may be suspended by the Marina Manager.

C. The failure to impose a penalty or suspension for any violation of these Rules and Regulations shall not be considered a waiver of the right to set penalties or suspensions.
